Chef Rosie and Pete open their first restaurant — a Thai noodle house that quickly becomes a local institution.

2015

Wave Bowl

The brand expands with Wave Bowl — fresh bowls, smoothies, and a faster-casual format.

2022

Escape 360 — McKinney

The flagship cafe opens in McKinney, TX — nature-inspired design, artful drinks, and Thai-influenced cuisine.

2024

ESC 360 Academy

Chef Rosie launches the Academy — online courses teaching the craft, systems, and philosophy behind Escape 360.

2025

Franchise Launch

Escape 360 opens its franchise program — bringing nature-inspired luxury to operators nationwide.

2026

Carrollton & The Laboratory

The second location opens in Carrollton — featuring The Laboratory, a premium upper-floor event space.
