Over two decades in hospitality — from Thai Noodle Wave to Wave Bowl to Escape 360. Every concept has been driven by the same belief: that food, space, and service should work together to create something people remember.
Escape 360 is the fullest expression of that philosophy — a cafe where the interior design matters as much as the menu, where the drinks are crafted for both taste and presentation, and where every detail is deliberate.

The flagship cafe opens in McKinney, TX — nature-inspired design, artful drinks, and Thai-influenced cuisine.
ESC 360 Academy
Chef Rosie launches the Academy — online courses teaching the craft, systems, and philosophy behind Escape 360.
Franchise Launch
Escape 360 opens its franchise program — bringing nature-inspired luxury to operators nationwide.

The second location opens in Carrollton — featuring The Laboratory, a premium upper-floor event space.
